If you decide you don’t want to keep your purchase, simply return it to us, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days. We will then refund of the cost of the product.
We cannot accept returns of Christmas cards or Calendars after 15th December of the year of purchase.
To return a product, simply send it back to us with a cover letter explaining the reason for the return.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to send the product back. Until the product is returned to us, you must take reasonable care of it and ensure that we receive it in a re-saleable condition.
Damaged, incorrect or substitute products – If you receive damaged products, the wrong product is sent to you, you should notify us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll cover the cost of returning the product and give you the choice of a replacement or a refund for the product as well as the delivery charge.

If you would like to cancel your order before you receive the product, please call us on 01625 520802 or email us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot promise that we will be able to cancel your order but we will do so if we are able.

Due to Charity Commission rules we are unable to cancel and refund donations.

Deliveries will generally be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
